What are the distances?
KOS 12-13: 300m, 15km, 3km
KOS 14-15: 500m, 20km, 4km
Age Group, Juniors and Elite/Pros: 750m/20km/5km
Relay: One person swims 750m/ one person bikes 20km/ one person runs 5km
When is race kit pick up?
Race kit pick up will be available on Thursday 6pm-8pm, Friday 1pm-8pm and Saturday 6am - 10am upstairs at Professor's Lake.
When are the swim practices?
Swim practices will be on the following days:
Thursday June 28th - 6pm - 7:30pm
Friday June 29th: 2pm - 3:30pm and 6pm - 7:30pm
Will there be a role down?
Yes
What are the age group increments?
Every 5 years
What time will award ceremonies be at?
1st one will be held at 1pm after the age groups
2nd will be at the end of the last race approximately 5:30pm
When are the race meetings?
Mandatory Junior/Elite/Pro meeting will be held on Friday June 29th at 7:00pm at Professors Lake located in upstairs VIP room.
What are the dates for the Germany and Vancouver World Championships?
Germany: August 30, 2007
Vancouver: June 7, 2008
