C3 KINETICO KOS - VOLUNTEERS  

Managing Canada’s biggest Kids Triathlon takes hundreds of volunteers. Race Director Stewart Barclay and his key coordinators work for months to make the one big day a huge success.  The event needs volunteers for setup (the day before), tear down (at 5:30pm on race day) and for the many roles throughout the day.
