athletic goals. Your goals are achieved through fitness level appropriate
training and coaching, in a team atmosphere.
Our goal is to provide
opportunities for individuals of all athletic abilities
to achieve improved health
personal fitness objectives.
Coaching is led by the
spirit, talent and skill of Canada's National Olympic
Triathlon Former Coach and local
resident Barrie Shepley and our many experienced and certified instructors.
Club programs assist members to achieve
their athletic lifestyle goals through motivational

a healthy lifestyle potential, for children and adults
to grow in fitness together. Group
focus on wellness and fitness through a cross training
program that works for all ages and ability levels.
