C3 Members gathered for a club photo at the Awards Dinner & Silent Auction. The club now has more than 200 members of all ages, from KOS beginners to High Performance future Olympians.
WHAT IS C3?
C3 is non-profit club connecting athletes of all ages. It promotes a healthy lifestyle by offering multisport opportunities. Members are encouraged to set achievable athletic goals and pursue them in a team atmosphere. Cross training activities focus on the sports connected to triathlon: running, swimming and cycling.
SEASONAL PROGRAMS
Training programs offered by C3 change with the seasons. In the spring and summer, there is outdoor training for swimming, biking and running, taking advantage of the trails, quarries and hills in the beautiful Caledon countryside. In the fall and winter, there are weekly series of affordable workouts supervised by experienced C3 coaches, including stroke correction and introductory swim programs for all ages, spin classes, speed running and hill workouts, power yoga and dryland conditioning workouts.
SPECIAL PROGRAMS
In conjunction with other community organizations C3 offers regular clinics, Mega Days and competitions. A full schedule is now available to help athletes set their training goals for the next year.
