Dec. 10, 2011 - C3 Hawaii Ironman Celebration
We had roughly 30 people in the comfortable setting of Baffo's Pizza and Pasta Restaurant watching the Hawaii Ironman Championship program on TV.
Several members of C3 competed in the Hawaii competition; Bob Knuckey, Michael Winter, Hans Porten, Claudia Johnston, and Jackie Smalec.
During commercials, we had some draw prizes for those present. Thank you to Lisa and Glenn who arranged getting them.
Thank you to those that donated: Baffo's Pizza and Pasta, Swiss Chalet Bolton, Swiss Chalet Commerce Court Toronto, Empire Theatres Caledon, City of Caledon, and Lisa.
Terry Bergin was awarded the "Lost In Transition" award, donated by Personal Best and embroidered by Lisa, for his amazing transition times in Austria.

Welcome to the Canadian Cross Training Club (C3) website!
C3 is non-profit club connecting athletes of all ages. It promotes a healthy lifestyle by offering multisport opportunities. Cross training activities focus on the sports connected to triathlon: running, swimming and cycling. While C3 counts many triathletes and duathletes as members, we also have many single sport members that want to train in a supportive group environment with access to some of Canada’s best coaches. Our membership ranges from beginners that are new to sport through to elite level athletes that participate on the world stage. Athletes of all ages are encouraged to work towards their own unique goals and benefit from being able to train with fellow athletes of all ability levels.
