C3 Youth Program - Triathlon Training Year-Round
The C3 Youth Program is a year-round training program for youths aged 9 - 13.
Tuesdays we swim at the Alder Street Pool in Orangeville from 4-5pm.
That's followed by a run for an hour. In winter, the run will be indoors.
Thursdays we run from the Caledon Community Complex on Old Church Road, just east of Airport Road in Caledon East. This session is outdoors year-round. Throughout the winter come snow/rain or cold temperatures, we are running outside.
The C3 Youth program is open to all levels; beginner to advance. Each athlete works in a team, however some athletes will be given slightly longer or shorter sessions to do dependant on their own abilities.
We encourage teamwork and support of each other, regardless of ability.
Throughout the season, we encourage the athletes to participate in as many races as they can. Emphasis is always on fun though.
Parents are welcome to join in on the sessions if space allows.
For more information, contact Trudy via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via phone on 289-325-1020.
We look forward to seeing you at a session. Rain or shine, we Tri, and have fun!
