Introduction
I am a father of 3.
I started out running only. Over time I developed repetitive injuries and thought maybe I should do some cross training.
I believe I am hooked and will never go back.
I joined C3 in the spring of 2011 in order to prepare for the Muskoka Ironman 70.3, my first triathlon. I did the Belwood Lake tri for preparation.
I really enjoyed the training and the 70.3 race was an outstanding experience.
After completing the 70.3 I find myself thinking constantly about taking on the Ironman.
I'm planning on tackling Ironman Mont Tremblant in two years, 2013.
