C3 Member Profile - Glenn Gundermann
I started running a long time ago, in grade 7. During high school, I ran track and cross-country, as well as entered a couple of 10km and 1/2 marathon road races and a couple of swim meets. My first marathon was in 1982. My first triathlon was in 1984 in Stratford with a pool swim. I did the Royal Le Page triathlon series, which after several name changes is now called the Subaru Series. I've done some cycling races including a criterium. Racing is fun but if I had to pick between training and racing, I would pick training.

Able to run 1KM in under 4:00 each year
Fix my elbow and improve swim times in the pool to the good old days (1500m in 25:00)
Win a lottery and buy a dream bike
