The C3 Full Year Membership runs from January 1 to December 31.

PRICES: C3 has created 3 price structures. Youth = 14 and under. Individual = 15+. Family membership includes all family members who live at the same address. All prices include applicable taxes.
OAT MEMBERSHIP: Please note that your C3 Membership DOES NOT INCLUDE an OAT membership. For an explanation please see the Frequently Asked Questions page.
C3 MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE DESCRIPTIONS
FULL TRI-PACKAGE:
This package includes every workout that C3 does. Note that there is a Full Year (12 months) and a Summer (MAY-JUNE-JULY-AUG-SEPT) Triathlon Package. Workouts include quarry swims, runs, brick workouts and simulation days.
WEEKEND WARRIOR:
Designed for the person who can only access workouts on Saturdays and Sundays. This package includes whatever workouts occur on the weekend (quarry swim, pool swim, run, bike or simulation). Note there is A FULL YEAR (12 months) and A SUMMER ONLY (MAY-JUNE-JULY-AUG-SEPT) WEEKEND WARRIOR Package.
RUN/WALK PROGRAM:
This package is designed for the runner or walker who wants to have group support and coaching throughout the year/summer. Whether you are running a 5k or a marathon, C3 can accommodate your needs. C3 also has a dedicated group of people who walk for fitness (so walkers are totally welcome to the workouts). This package DOES NOT include indoor track runs at York University in the WINTER.
QUARRY SWIM PROGRAM:
Designed for the person who only swims (or who only wants to access the C3 Quarry for swims). The quarry is a crystal clear, retired sand-quarry on Hwy 10 in Caledon Village. C3 has swim buoys, docks and support for the many morning, evening and weekend swims. At 2km around the circumference of the quarry, it's perfect to work on your open water swim skills.
BIKE PROGRAM:
For five months from Nov to March, C3 has coached indoor windtrainer workouts for the group. From April to October, C3 coaches have many different bike rides of varying distances (1hr to 6 hours). Whether you ride a bike for simple fitness or to race (triathlons, duathlons or bike racing), this package will assist you. Note there is a FULL YEAR BIKE covering both indoor and outdoor as well as separate memberships for indoor and outdoor.
BIKE RUN PROGRAM:
This is for the person who likes to bike and run without the indoor spins. Someone who likes to run all year long and bike during the summer. The FULL YEAR FULL TRI program is the best deal for people who would like to participate in the indoor spin workouts in the winter.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP:
For the person who wants to support C3, but who can’t make it to any workouts.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PURCHASING A C3 MEMBERSHIP
In order to renew your existing C3 membership or take out a new one, please follow these steps:
1. REVIEW the packages available (see above) and select the one most appropriate for you or your family.
2. GO TO PAY-PAL and make payment for the option you have selected
3. Download and print the appropriate membership form: Individual or Family
4. Add the appropriate information to the C3 MEMBERSHIP FORM and save it to your desktop.
5. Send the completed form by email to membership@c3online.ca
6. A C3 membership representative will send you a confirmation email with a membership number.
